Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Flip-a-Coin LLC handles information when you use Cadizo Web and compatible WordPress plugins.

Information we process

• Account and billing information: email address, account name when supplied, plan, Stripe customer and transaction references, and invoice status.
• Connection information: site URL, site name, an irreversible hash and short prefix of a site token, token status, and last-seen time. Cadizo stores token hashes, not recoverable full token values.
• Usage information: plugin, operation, tier, model class, request identifier, credit charge, token counts, provider cost, processing status, timing, and the structured result needed to make a retried request idempotent.
• Submitted operation inputs: the content an administrator chooses to send through a compatible plugin for a specific paid operation. Different plugins send different inputs; their readmes disclose what, when, and why.
• Support communications: information you send us by email or through support.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate sites, provide and improve requested operations, calculate and settle Cadizo Credits, prevent abuse, operate support, comply with legal obligations, and maintain security and audit records.

Service providers

Cadizo uses Stripe to process payments and host billing portals. Compatible paid operations are processed using Anthropic's services. We also use infrastructure providers to host and secure Cadizo. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us and under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers described above, with advisers or authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety, and as part of a corporate transaction if Cadizo or its assets are transferred.

Retention and security

We retain account, billing, token-hash, and usage records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, meet accounting and legal obligations, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep site tokens private and rotate or ask us to revoke a token if you suspect exposure.

Your choices

You can stop submitting new content by disconnecting a plugin or Cadizo Hub, manage billing through Stripe, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights. Some records must be retained for billing, fraud prevention, tax, or legal reasons. Disconnecting a site does not erase WordPress content stored on your own site.
