Terms of Service
These terms govern Cadizo Web, the paid AI service operated by Flip-a-Coin LLC that powers compatible WordPress plugins.

1. The service
Cadizo provides metered, account-based AI operations through compatible WordPress plugins. A plugin sends a named operation and structured inputs to Cadizo; Cadizo controls the service configuration, measures usage, and returns a result for the plugin's review workflow. Unless a plugin expressly says otherwise, it does not publish or change WordPress content until an authorized site user approves an action.
2. Accounts, site tokens, and administrators
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding site tokens, and limiting WordPress administrator access. A token is scoped to a site and account, and we may suspend or revoke a token that is compromised, misused, or associated with an account that is not in good standing. You must not use Cadizo to bypass usage limits, probe the service, or offer the service to third parties except through your own authorized account.
3. Cadizo Credits and paid usage
Cadizo Credits are the common currency across compatible plugins. Standard work costs 1 credit, Better costs 3 credits, and Best costs 5 credits. The applicable plugin shows the selected tier before it starts a paid operation. There is no free inference and no bring-your-own provider key path.
Before a paid operation, Cadizo reserves the maximum required credits. After processing, it settles the actual charge and releases any unused reservation. Failed, refused, invalid, or unreadable operations are not charged. Subscription credits refresh with a successful billing period; purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account remains active.
4. Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or top-up, you authorize the applicable recurring or one-time charges. You can manage subscriptions, payment methods, invoices, and receipts in the Stripe customer portal linked from Cadizo Hub. Prices, credit amounts, and available plans are shown at checkout and may change prospectively; existing Stripe prices are not changed retroactively.
5. Your content and AI results
You retain rights in content you submit. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it for processing. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review output before relying on it, publishing it, or using it for legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, eligibility, or other consequential decisions.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Cadizo to violate law, infringe rights, process data without a lawful basis, create harmful or deceptive material, interfere with the service, or evade billing, security, or rate limits. We may suspend access to protect customers, providers, or the service.
7. Availability and liability
Cadizo is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flip-a-Coin LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of content, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for Cadizo in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for operational, legal, or product reasons. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms. Contact hello@flipacoinllc.com with questions.
